see all reviewsThe Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

I signed up to be a member with them after taking their classes through ClassPass because I loved the 3 different instructors I had taken classes with and the new location next to 24 hour fitness (which I’m also a member of) was very convenient for me. They don’t have a bunch of fancy gym amenities like other gyms but the coaches and the ppl that workout there are all truly there to workout and are very strong. Everyone there pushes me to be my best and push myself even harder and it is rare for me to find a gym where other ppl push me due to where I am in my fitness journey. All the staff truly cares about everyone and really nice!
