Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

see all reviewsThis was my first time at Barry’s. I’ve always been intimidated with HIIT classes but Alex and the Barry’s staff made it SO comfortable for me. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it.
