    Slow Flow

LOVED this class. In a beautiful room with skylights and a wonderful instructor. A nice repose from Kinships more aggressive heated flows, this class was the best way to start a day and the teacher assisted us during sarvasana which was so relaxing. A new fave

Veda Power Yoga 2 Infrared Heated

GREAT practice! I love that the instructor gives room for rest. “Rally rally rally, and rest, then rally rally rally, and rest.” I also felt inspired to TRY the poses I always felt a little afraid to try (because a lot of yoga instructors don’t like to even bring them up - which is fair- every practice is different) but today when I tried a new thing i was SO surprised I was capable of it and I think it was simply because I’ve never been guided to try so before! Overall, loved the energy and the demonstrations of the instructor. Highly recommend!

    AIR® Intermediate (Intermediate Aerial Fitness)

Very welcoming & encouraging environment! Ed was super detailed in breaking down each step of the combo. Was very easy to follow along (but also i do aerial silks regularly). Space is a little cramps though so you do have to watch out to not hit the ppl next to you. And the mats had a lot of pet hair stuck to them so beware if you’re allergic.

    Handstands for Beginners with Roman!

Fun class with a welcoming group of people and helpful teacher. Warm up was interesting and mildly intimidating at first, but seemed to have helped a lot with warming up wrists, shoulders, arms, and legs. appreciate the tip to feel your hips pull up in the moving exercise across the floor. fair warning, just kinda jumped into head and hand stands right afterwards. But class grouped up to try going up, and taking turns spotting. A lot of fun, with encouraging group of people.
