I will say I was accidentally skipped for a towel, along with two other women in the class, and when I approached the employee who passed them out after class didn’t say sorry or even really speak a word to me.     Kristy had really good energy, I just wish there were a bit more personal corrections to form (I felt like I needed it). However the class was quite large so she did have her hands full. Overall, fast-paced class but typical for barre. Challenging class, I worked up a sweat and had to take quite a few breaks because my body got a little too shakey through some of the supersets. Her playlist was cool and the movements were timed well with the beats.

    A very clean and spacious room for the barre class. With the wall length mirror you could see the instructor easily and keep an eye on your form, except when facing the barre. I’d never done a barre class before and was surprised with the amount of palates inspired exercises, but a pleasant surprise.     A really great class. I dropped in while on a business trip and I’m so happy I did. Patty was a diligent but welcoming instructor, so not only was I comfortable, but I also felt like I was learning and being challenged.
