    Very nice and welcoming studio. I like the full body aspect of the class and the fact that it is low impact. I also like that you can sort of work at your own pace in terms of intensity. It isn’t like a spin class where you have to do moves and ride to the beat of the music. This will be a good class to add to my rotation.
