    Muaythai | Weekday | Non-Peak

A very fun experience even for first timers who had zero clue about martial arts. The Coaches would adjust the training intensity (time and reps) depending on the different levels of fitness and experience of class goers (1.5 instructors to 3-4 students in off-peak). Lots of variety in exercises and techniques to provide a progressive circuit, combining movements taught earlier on in the session into a longer series of movements by the end as well as general motor control exercises. Training area would be cleaned immediately after class and there were ample hygiene facilities and lockers. Difficulties in understanding verbal prompts would also be quickly resolved via demonstrations.

    Barre Sweat

Sabrina was super encouraging and the class was more like a traditional ballet class which was very fun. Would definitely take her Barre class again!

    JUMP

Such a great workout ! The instructor helped me adjust my position and took the time to adapt because I’m a beginner. The water is not provided you have to buy it but it’s only 8 dols. The place is very clean, I did not try the shower though. I will definitely come back!!

    BJJ No-Gi

Young instructor: 3 students. A young lady, a young dude, and an old dude(me). The Professor taught me lots of drills, including how to escape while my enemy has pinned me down, and also how to sweep my enemy while he has mounted me. We ended up with 3 rounds of sparring so that everyone goes with everyone. Because I am a 0 degree white belt, I cannot even do a knee on belly properly. My Senpai was walking me through how to put more weight on him, but no matter how hard I tried, he seemed to not feel anything lol!
