She will introduce the class objective at the beginning and take care of every student’s condition, with the emphasis that we don't need to compare with others. I haven’t taken a hammock class in years and to be honest hammock and silk isn’t easy - the fabric needs to be wrapped the right way, you can’t have too much or too little slack, so it was inevitable that I would get a bit lost but she was really good at walking you through things and could even assess your level. It was my first time to the studio but she helped me through the second part of the flow rather than stopping at the first half. She also helped take many photos through each pose :)
