He has a calming voice which fosters a relaxing and mediative experience and enables me to get the most out of the class. He strikes a good balance between making the class feel challenging but achievable for me. He is also attentive with offering corrections which has helped me to learn correct alignment and improved my practice. Luke will make you feel welcome at Ekah if you are trying the class for the first time :)

Got to her class today for the first time, and it was one of the best pilates teaching style I’ve experienced. She will proactively correct your form and push your limits. If you’re looking for a more relaxing type of class, this is probably not for you as it felt like a really good test for my core strength, flexibility and mobility.
