see all reviewsYoga itself is fine for the body — not as much for the mind. Front desk is often chatty during meditation periods making it hard for beginners to relax. I think the teachers here really only focus on physical yoga rather than spiritual enlightenment. Was read an excerpt about how people who hurt us are like sandpaper making us polished and then rendered “useless.” Sat wrong with me that we are focusing on spitefulness during savasana. If you are someone who only searches for stretching their body- great class. If you’re working on moksha however- it might be a counterproductive experience for you.

Different from other barre classes I have been to in the past. I do feel it has more true ballet-esc moves and more core work. But got a great sweat in and definitely felt the shakes!
