see all reviewsJenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

see all reviewsThis was my first time doing Barre here and I actually like this better than Pure Barre. Pure Barre is great, don't get me wrong but it's very intense and expensive. I liked the pace of this class better, the instructor was very down to earth, and it costs less credits. I'll be back!

see all reviewsCarlecia is the best! She has very clear instructions which makes classes that much more welcoming. If you’re a first timer/ early in your Pilates journey, I’d recommend going to the Monday classes, as her classes typically get beefier as the week progresses. Great way to start the week, moving my body and appreciating what my body can do!

see all reviewsDespite me being the only person in class this morning, Mike was great and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time! I really appreciated the extra time he took to help me with my form and movements. I look forward to another one of his classes - they flow really well and I felt like I got a good workout in to start my day!!

TONE 45
see all reviewsThis was a nice “lunchtime burn”, the 45 minutes flies by - but I feel like I got a good workout! The studio is brand new, so everything is very clean and pristine. The desk attendant was super friendly and gave me a full tour - I felt welcomed and comfortable upon arrival. Vangela had great energy. “Tone 45” was basically a sequence of circuit/toning/barre movements. Some of the sequences had slight rhythm choreography, which I personally enjoyed. If you’re looking for a very high intensity class where you leave drenched in sweat, this isn’t for you – but if you want a great burn without over-doing yourself, this is a great fit.
