    This was a really good class but as someone who doesn’t have much strength it was very challenging. I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

    Turf Burn

    Class consisted of 8 stations, all weight lifting and strength training. The instructor jonaton is great, he gives feedback on your form in a gentle and kind way and shares positive reinforcement. Overall I would definitely attend this class or any other classes with the instructor. (Note: the day after my body is extremely sore so I know I did some good work)!
