Boxing 45
see all reviewsGreat instructor who teaches the basics of how to implement practical boxing technique in a real life setting. Easy enough for beginners but also threw in freestyle for those who have been doing this for a while to venture off on their own. Positive friendly attitude as with every coach here I’ve encountered.

see all reviewsDanielle was awesome! I really appreciated that she made me feel welcome. She was also really good about going around to each station giving words of encouragement and correcting form. Really enjoyed it and will for sure be coming back!

see all reviewsThis class was so fun and very beginner friendly! Israel was a great instructor and really presented boxing like a craft. His enthusiasm was contagious. My knuckles are sore but I’ll definitely be coming back to Third Street Boxing!

see all reviewsInstructor was kind and fun and the overall vibe was nice! It was a beginner class, and a little different than what I was expecting in terms of challenge. Extra repetitive and easy to follow, but a good work out! Would recommend for first-time trying Zumba!

see all reviewsIt was my first time at this studio since I was passing through the area, and I had such a great time! I’m so excited for this new space and if I lived in the area I would come frequently! The class with Daniel was individualized and though I’ve taken kickboxing classes before, this one focused heavily on form and corrections which was very helpful for me. The studio is spacious and has a new hydration station, with state of the art workout devices and even an upcoming sauna. I’m very grateful to have found this spot!!
