see all reviewsI love the format of this class! It’s 3 circuits with 4 exercises each, mostly strength-based but sometimes cardio or core is included. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.
