    The classes here are good. I just wish the instructors would offer modifications. Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!

    Big fan of the format overall, just a couple things that would have made it better for me personally. I found it kind of confusing having the instructor give different directions to two groups at the same time. Also when we got to the 2nd round of weights, she said grab something at least 10lbs heavier so i did and that was a big mistake. 10lbs heavier doesn’t even make sense if you’re doing the same lifts as before so idk what the idea was supposed to be there…. I will be going back if there’s ever a class for under 10 credits 😊

She is energetic, motivating, clear with her instructions, tough but with love, and has the best cues. Her class is always invigorating and empowering. It’s the perfect workout to work every muscle big and small throughout your body. You also feel more grounded and focused. After all, it’s yoga! Bench station: 6 per side bird dog row, 10 dumbbell pullovers, 12 bicep curls, then repeat and decrease bicep curl reps by 2 each round. Turf station: 12 hollow hold single-arm fly alternating arms, 16 medicine ball twists, 10 medicine ball rainbow slams, then repeat. Treadmill station: fast pace to 6 calories, 2 push-ups to alternating toe taps, repeat and add 2 calories and 2 pushup reps each round. Cage station: bench press 6-8 reps (reps in reserve), 10 band tricep pulldowns. There was also a warmup, 2 minutes of abs after the stations, and cool down stretching.
