see all reviewsAs a first timer it did take me a minute to get relaxed and find the space to let go but overall it was a cool and interesting experience, staff is very friendly and shows you everything. I don’t know if I would do it again I wish ur room was a little warmer but I am already recommending it to people with sleep problems achy bodies anxiety etc.
