see all reviewsDayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

see all reviewsIncredible find while visiting SF. Nicole asked what the class needed/wanted to incorporate and infused it all into a beautifully improvised well balanced flow with a bit of yogic philosophy to encourage the journey inward. Strengthened, stretched, rejuvenated, heart opened. Thanks so much, Nicole! Definitely dropping in next time I’m in SF!
They offer vigorous power vinyasa yoga classes set to upbeat, contemporary music…Slow Flow & Sound Bath | All Levels | Heated
see all reviewsJuicy slow flow and the instructor was very articulate, offering many explorations and meditation throughout a well paced flow. I noticed the exact same cues were repeated almost verbatim on both left and right sides so that was actually a bit distracting for the intuitive relaxing part of practice, but other than that, the sound bath at the end was excellent complete with a closing kirtan chant. Would recommend!

see all reviewsThis was a phenomenal first time at Yoga Mayu! I deeply resonated with Cassidy's amazing guidance throughout this session. I loved how invitational and engaging Cassidy's style is! We were free to listen to our bodies and become fully attuned to their needs and modify the poses how we saw fit. The cathartic embodiment I felt left me feeling lighter, more refreshed, and grounded after the session. Thank you so much for everything!!

see all reviewsChallenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.

At the end the teacher reads a book so the moms can do their own poses. Wished there were more incorporation of songs to sing since my daughter enjoyed that portion. Either way we had a great time!

see all reviewsFirst of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)
