Nicole asked what the class needed/wanted to incorporate and infused it all into a beautifully improvised well balanced flow with a bit of yogic philosophy to encourage the journey inward. see all reviewsThe class was fun. It was my daughter’s 1st official yoga class and she’s happy to do it alongside with me. The teacher offers poses and themed to what the kids are into- Frozen! At the end the teacher reads a book so the moms can do their own poses. Wished there were more incorporation of songs to sing since my daughter enjoyed that portion. Either way we had a great time!
