    WeFlowHard® Vinyasa

I absolutely *LOVED* her positive energy, and the safe, welcoming and inclusive space she created. The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

PHIIT (Presher High Intensity Interval Training)

Awesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

    SCULPT

Savana is great! SCULPT is new so I was excited to try it out. Only thing that gives me pause is the sanitation of all the little bits of equipment in the hot moist (sorry lol) environment - I’m not a clean freak but one towelette doesn’t feel like enough to get the Bala bangles clean.

    Original Hot Yoga 90

Very hot! I enjoyed the class a lot. A straightforward 90 minute class. I also enjoyed the shower/locker room situation. And they give you a yoga towel for your mat, which is very cool. Don’t need to bring your own. I’ll be back!!

    Trampoline jump

This was my first trampoline class and I thought it was a great low impact way to do cardio and get my heart rate up. Sometimes the class was a little fast for me, but I just did it at my own pace. Great facility, relatively small class.

YS - Yoga Sculpt - NYC

This yoga sculpt class was particularly well executed by Coach Demaris from start to finish. Well articulated, audible (without shouting) detailed instruction, perfectly executed demos, helpful reminders and corrections. The challenging yet accessible sequences—even for beginner/low-intermediates helped nearly full class sail through it together w her lit & lively, well integrated music selections.
