Perfect cueing that the whole class moved in sync to, perfect room temperature just hot enough to sweat out indulgences, and smooth sequences that blended into each other perfectly! I clapped after the instructor finished with a thoughtful, heartfelt “Namaste”. The teacher set the tone for this wonderful Vinyasa class; she was calm, knowledgeable, and instructed the sequences with confidence and ease! An outstanding instructor and a delightful class! HIGHLY recommend this instructor and class!!!

It’s dark, the music is good and loud, and the room is big and the class was full so the feel was fun and high energy. The workout was rly good too I’ll def be back! The only thing was bc the room is big and full of ppl it was impossible for me to see the instructor but there was girls nearby who knew what they were doing so I copied them lol

Aside from that, class was nice. I love this studio because we do positions that I don’t really find many other places doing. Most of the instructors really seem to know what they’re doing here. The girl at the front desk was super nice and Wally was very clear in leading the class. She was cool and down to earth from what I could tell.

This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.
