see all reviewsAmazing as always. Y6 POWER is fast paced. The instructor is energetic, casual, and fun. If you’re expecting a very traditional or rigidly-structured class: THIS IS NOT THAT in the best way possible. This place offers calmer, relaxing, wind-down classes but Power is more fun and challenging (in my opinion).

see all reviewsThe space is obviously beautiful, a little oasis. I take a fair amount of yin and LOVE how she incorporated a block position that IMO added to the myofascial relief with more pressure. It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but that’s a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!
