    It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten this much helpful instruction in a class and it was amazing! Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

    Very welcoming for my first time. Very supportive instructor and staff. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable. They have workout levels for runners or walkers so I didn't feel awkward that I wasn't running. It was a great work out!

    This was legit my first workout class ever, and both the instructors and rest of the class were very welcoming and encouraging. I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.
