    This class was sick, the music was awesome and the workout was legit. It was good for beginners in a way that the instructor (Skyler) was helpful and attentive to my form, helped grab me stuff to get set up for my first class and there wasn't pressure from anyone except yourself to work hard! The combination of twists really helped me to get much needed stretches and the art session allowed me to reflect on the need to take a break and listen to my body when I need a moment or just relax. The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too.
