    IN-PERSON: Yoga Essentials

It was my first time taking a class with Gina. Gina was great!! She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.
