It was a little tough to match the pace on some of the faster rhythm songs but I just went to my own beat sometimes. It was my first time so I also wasn’t able to match all of the hand movements but I’m sure that comes with time. Would definitely recommend!

see all reviewsThe best spin/workout class I’ve ever been to. You go to the rooftop of the Mayfair hotel, you are greeted by a nice pool next to where the spin class is held. The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have. I will be summer ready in no time!!
