It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍

Such an amazing instructor he truly goes up to everyone in the class and pushed you past your limits, I’ve never seen anything like it and i have been to so many gyms across FL and AZ. I’m 22 weeks pregnant he not only pushes you and makes you feel strong but also helps you modify to make sure you are safe! He makes you also laugh throughout the entire class i cannot wait to come back and take his class again he is a next level instructor! 12/10!!

The workout was very comprehensive and the instructor Aaron was very attentive to my needs and provided modifications where needed. This was my first workout in weeks after having been ill and he was super accommodating to where I was at with easing back into a fitness routine while still pushing me.
