Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

    In Studio: Yin Yoga

Beautiful space! Friendly atmosphere. It feels like you’re transported away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything was clean and I was greeted so nicely. Miriam’s class was wonderful - such a soothing voice and her words were comforting. Her yin class was incredibly relaxing and she provided options to choose whether to make the poses more challenging or not. I will definitely be visiting again - thank you!

    IN PERSON Yin - STERLING

So peaceful and relaxing, great for a slight stretch but for easy on the body as Yin should be. The room was big and plenty of space to really focus on the practice.

Flow & Restore: Rejuvenate Body and Mind

Not only does Josh lead us into a deep and connected practice, he goes the extra mile to create an environment of healing and release. The mantras, the oils, the gratitude reflections at the end of practice. It’s truly an experience. Treat yourself to one of his classes :) 🌟

It had relaxed calming energy. The instructor was sweet and had us in lots of deep stretching. However the room was not heated for this class. Older crowd

    movement meditation (1 credit)

This place is a VIBE! Totally grounding and relaxing from the moment I walked in. There's a lounge with tea and kombucha to relax in before the class starts. The class itself was so well paced, with a really great teacher who calmly walked us through every movement and transition and breath work. A great blend of meditation, movement, and stretching.
