    Really interesting class. I loved it both mentally and physically challenging but intensity is completely up to you. Very very hot which is part of the mental dificúltame being a towel and a change of clothes.

    Beginner-friendly! Lara's class was really well-structured and well-paced with clear cues & modification options. The studio nice & clean but it was a hot day and the AC was off.

    Courtney is the best! She was the first instructor I had when I went to handle bar and she inspires me everytime I take her class! Her classes empowered me through the end of nursing school and I couldn’t be more thankful. She always mentions how important it is that we appreciate our bodies and the fact that we can move them! I’m a rehab nurse and those words stay with me through every workout. Thank you Courtney! See you at North Station!

    Strong Foundations Vinyasa

    I thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

    Self Healing with Wooden Pillow

    Relaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
