Only thing to note is that this class is actually 45 min, not 30. Which was nice cuz it included a little warm up and cool down and 30 min of HIIT.

see all reviewsAmazing breath work, a good balance of stretches, balance poses and long holds. Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.
