Her energy is amazing, and you really feel a release of energy, while getting a really good workout. One suggestion I would have is for the instructor to go over all of the punches at the beginning and make sure everyone can see the various demonstrations because sometimes it was hard to see and tell what we were supposed to be doing.

I dont like the machines they feel very flimsy compared to other lagree reformers. Not much support on the body. The workout feels very corporate. PE ruins everything it touches and this is another example.
