    Full Body Blast

    I’m a big fan of the 1-2 punch of Full Body Blast on Saturday and The Burn on Sunday. Both classes really complement each other. Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.

    CrossFit Classes

    Highly recommend this class for strength training! All the instructors (Matt, Kat, and Jacob,) are friendly and will show 1-1 correct form on the beach press, dead lifts, etc. They have excellent equipment and overall it's a very supportive and friendly environment.
