    My first time at this studio and def won’t be the last :) Anna was so welcoming and took the time to explain the equipment to me. She even demonstrated some of the moves she’d have us doing later on in the class and had me try them myself prior so I could get a feel of how heavy or light each move was and see if I needed to make any adjustments with the weight.     Brian was the best teacher/coach/trainer that I could ask for. It was my first time and he was so attentive to me in a class of 30 people. He taught we me the moves and helped me change my settings on my treadmill.     My first experience doing a cycle class and I highly recommend giving it a try. The staff were aware it was my first time, greeted me kindly, showed me around, had a locker with my name on it welcoming me and introduced me to the instructor. Brianna was a happy, smiling and positive instructor who showed me how to use the bike and adjusted it to fit me. Her playlist was perfect for her fun intense workout and she continually encouraged the class in an upbeat way! Thank you for making this a perfect experience. I will be back!

Despite this, the front desk staff was accommodating and helped me purchase the necessary wrap, even without a physical card. Gerald Jackson welcomed me warmly, and the workout was both intense and technically excellent. I realized my own lack of coordination but found the 45-minute session to be the best workout I've experienced. Time flew by as I focused on mastering the instructor's movements. I am definitely returning.
