Tiago was encouraging us a lot, and managed to find time to approach and correct/improve everyone during the class. Impressed us with doing splits! Friendly atmosphere overall. However I still regret that The Kynd has no showers. For more sweaty classes it is definitely a Must-have for whoever needs to freshen up.
