This was such an amazing experience! Anna cultivated such a safe space and guided me to feel truly able to release into some of the more intense poses. I have incredibly tight hips and even in pigeon and seated folds I felt so relaxed but also deeply stretched. Additionally Anna provides lots of variations and encourages your own to make things more accessible. Thank you Anna! <3
