She has a warm and welcoming voice, she makes you as an attendee feel beyond confident, the music is always on point, and she makes the class feel like you’re working out with your bestie. 10/10 will always recommend whether you’re a beginner or not she’s your go to!!

see all reviewsThis class is IT. Exactly what I’ve been looking for after finding the basic CP 1.0 class less challenging than I liked. It’s a major workout especially for your lower body and glues. Gets the heart rate up, too. They do about 20-25 mins of jump board pilates straight for the cardio and the stretching at the end is sooooo nice.
