    A bodypump class with a professor that walks people through form and variations? YES PLEASE! the best in town :) I really like her energy and again cues for alignment and form and variations are gold and hard to find in this type of classes

    Instructor is helpful and knowledgeable. For most exercises, she gave a few alternates in case people wanted to go easier or harder. Class had only 12 people, but it felt a bit cramped.

    This class was awesome! The program was effective, vibe was energetic, and coach was so attentive and motivational. The class had a strong community feel. The gym feels boutique but way more down to earth than the big fitness chains. Highly recommend!!

    This 30 min HIIT class was great honestly it was everything I expected and more. Sam was amazing he was patient with me as I struggled at times but worked with me as I pushed throughout the whole way! Very kind and easy going. Looking forward to my next class!
