    Power Fusion 2

This was the best class I’ve taken at Asteya and the best class I’ve taken this year. You took me out of my head and into my body. It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

    FLOW : all levels vinyasa

Caseys classes are intentional and beautifully designed. She included this unique resistance exercise paired with breath work at the end in supine butterfly into savasana that was chefs kiss. I couldn’t wait to talk to her about after to class to hear her why for it. I recommend this class any day!

    Postpartum strengthening and mobility

This class was great for me as a new mom trying to return to being active. The instructors taught mobility exercises and explained how they are connected to the pelvic floor and the importance of doing each exercise postpartum.
