see all reviewsI love it! F45 has different workouts for each station, and they display the demos on their monitors. It was so easy to follow (but the workouts were hard!). The instructors were super helpful and made sure that I had good posture when executing each movement.

For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.

I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.
