Only thing that gives me pause is the sanitation of all the little bits of equipment in the hot moist (sorry lol) environment - I’m not a clean freak but one towelette doesn’t feel like enough to get the Bala bangles clean.

Well articulated, audible (without shouting) detailed instruction, perfectly executed demos, helpful reminders and corrections. The challenging yet accessible sequences—even for beginner/low-intermediates helped nearly full class sail through it together w her lit & lively, well integrated music selections.
