see all reviewsReally great class! It was definitely dark (they perfectly describe it as a candlelit class - was just surprised how dark it was!) the energy is great. It was a little tough to match the pace on some of the faster rhythm songs but I just went to my own beat sometimes. It was my first time so I also wasn’t able to match all of the hand movements but I’m sure that comes with time. Would definitely recommend!

The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have.
