see all reviewsFirst time using the Power Plates and loved the workout. I was definitely sweating midway through. Workout consisted of sections of AMRAPs. Appreciate the instructor giving me constructive feedback to make sure I was using the plates correctly given it was my first time. Great playlist and way to start a Friday morning.

see all reviewsLOVE LOVE LOVE. Difficult, but crazy fun. You just jump in and take your time and learn the movements by following the instructor (follow the feet, not the hands). Nadia was so welcoming and just had a blast, it’s really a huge dance party with planned movements. I almost bailed because I’m typically a strength training / weight lifting girl, but do it!! It’s worth it.

see all reviewsThe instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsIt was my first classpass i’ve done and i loved it! Maria was so welcoming from the start. I felt like I was able to follow along the best i could and there was no judgment when i had to pace myself and slow my body down a bit. She encourages you through the class in a very empowering way and it gives you energy to keep going! It’s beginner friendly if you allow yourself to listen to your body and go at your own pace when you need it. If you’re a dancer/already active i don’t think you’ll have a problem keeping up.
