AIR® Foundation (All Level Aerial Fitness)

I loved this place! Right from the beginning the instructor, Sarah, was very welcoming. I was new along with a couple other girls and Sarah made sure we felt welcomed the whole time. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed. It was a super fun way to work out. I will definitely be back for more.

Alex was great!! She was very patient explaining the moves and offered us newbies one on one pointers! She made it fun so I wasn’t as nervous. Last but least, it’s harder than it looks!!

AIR® Foundation (all level - aerial fitness)

This was my first aerial class and I was nervous but it was a lot of fun. You definitely need some baseline upper body strength to pull yourself up on the silk but it was fun using the silk in typical workout moves. I want to go back and learn more. Fun to do with friends!

    Trampoline - All levels

Get A Grip Trapeze is the best. Every class I’ve taken is amazing, this one included. I went with my husband and 7 year old daughter and the 3 of us had a great time. It’s a good workout, and very fun. Brian is a great coach and is very good with all skill levels!

    Pilates Reformer Beginner

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
