    F45 is a WORKOUT in every sense of the word. The first class I attended was a marathon workout with two minute intervals and 30 seconds of rest. The 30 seconds felt like three seconds but overall it was a great experience. I felt like I worked out all of my muscles groups while strengthening my stamina. The variety of the exercises and energy by the instructors and other athletes made for a great workout and I’ll definitely be back

    Love Ri, but some of the weights sequences aren’t very efficient. Class was lots of compound movements that didn’t really make sense together - like a deadlift to row or weighted squat with front raise - since I use vastly different size weights for each exercise. Would rather choose challenging weights for each exercise.

The instructor jonaton is great, he gives feedback on your form in a gentle and kind way and shares positive reinforcement. I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
