Proud of myself for handling the heat! 🔥 Loved the sweat and being able to follow the more experienced students. 🧘🏻♀️ Maybe the only slight feedback I have would be for the instructor. I think if there was specific feedback about students not following the class as expected, that feedback could be delivered to the specific student(s). Just felt sightly uncomfortable and unsure who some of the comments were directed to. Otherwise, she was really lovely 1:1 but some comments made during the lesson weren’t well received.
